If I see a property that I really want to buy I can always take a 2nd out on a property with a lot of equity, or refinance and roll the 2 properties together.

The turnover appears to be fairly low per the rent roll and it appears turning over the units would be fairly inexpensive.

@Himanshu JainThe problem with helping them out is that where does it end.. when the toilet clogs in 3 months because they flushed 7 rolls of toilet paper down the toilet one time, are they going to call you and ask for help?

Dropbox (business) synced with Google Drive is how I'm rolling right now, but I'll admit I have to spend a fair amount of time organizing and I know I'm behind on some things.Dropbox business is great because I can coordinate with my staff and my wife on things.I've been dabbling with some rental apps like pendorent and others... any suggestions or feedback on apps like that?
