Sell or hold?
March 2014 I bought 10 studio/one bedroom condos for 490k total. They are producing about gross 130k on vacation rental market. Thinking about switching to residential rental, which would gross around 84k pee year, because I want more passivity. Also thinking sell as individual units, which would net about 300-350k. Should I hold or transition to residential or sell and roll over into something bigger?
