The individual suggesting that was new to real estate, a new mortgage originator and clearly without financial compliance knowledge.

If I find good people for each of the individual jobs, I don't need a Turn-Key provider.

And you pretty much need servicing of the note as the new regs make it almost impossible for the individual to do it by the book themselves.

How should I present myself over the phone before I go to the probate office to get the leads; how do I actually talk to the individuals who work at the clerks office and receive the leads with little to no trouble; how do I get these leads so I can begin my journey to successful wholesaling?
