@Morgan Painter  To answer your question, the first step would be to review the income and expenses to determine the NOI, and compare the asking price to the market capitalization rate for the area.

I would also look at some additional metrics such as cash-on-cash-return and return-on-invested-capital to see how this stacks up against other possible investments.Hope this gives you some food for thought.
