I have spoken with an agent who has worked exclusively in this space for years and have been told that for the Oklahoma market, warehouse tenants pay rent most generally by CHECK.

I recently bought my mother a mobile home on a lot cash in Corpus Christi so she will not have to pay rent.

I’m looking to do a deal in TX Hill Country in New Braunfels, but I am located in NYC. 

Having 3 furnaces and 3 hot water tanks would take up most of the room on the ground floor where I had a small one bedroom collecting much less rent if none at all.I would have to replace 3 boilers and 3 hot water tanks when it's time.
