Must be the HGtv shows where one scene has a dark dingy room, then a snap of the fingers later there's a fully painted room, perfect cut in, no holidays and everyone's happy all within 15 minutes and all still smiles!

No one else will ever be as committed to generating great positive returns with our money than we are.Also for me at least its a pastime and a hobby and its what I do to relax.  

I think they want to show up, be close enough to highlands without the costs of highlands and just relax and golf.

Ideally, we'll be able to finish out the duplex build before the triplex breaks ground ( 3ish months including time off for the holidays) 

We are back on the horse after the holiday's and we are hoping to be moved into a multifamily late winter/early spring. 

Its a bad time of year for rents with the holidays and the winter months.
