Rehab checklist/workflow request

Cheers Bigger Pocket Fam.

My family purchased a BRRR property that we are turning in to a duplex. This isn't our first rehab but it is the first that I'm running as I begin taking the "baton" to build out my personal portfolio. That said, I'm looking for a rehab "punch list" or checklist to make sure I run the project as quickly, efficiently, and effectively without missing any nuances in the rehab.

I'm assuming that these processes have been developed and would greatly appreciate any help in this area.

We are also building out a tri-plex around the corner from this house so any workflow around new construction would be great as well. I'm currently in the process of applying for a PRD where we propose the site plan and overview of the project. If approved, we can break ground in Feb. Ideally, we'll be able to finish out the duplex build before the triplex breaks ground ( 3ish months including time off for the holidays)
