At this point in time your parents would be nuts to loan you a cent until you have a proven track record of investment.Since you have been out of school for two months I will assume you have a job, any young ambitious person would in your case so you need to concentrate on increasing your income at every opportunity, a second job would help combined with living frugally and saving every penny.

Al,We do not share revenue per se, as our deal with the cleaning folks is in the form of credits {from 10 - 20% depending upon the volume of services rendered to our tenants}, which we use to cover some of our turnover cleaning costs.While not as successful as we had both envisioned for uptake on the weekly cleaning service, it has proven mutually beneficial for cleaning on move out.

Some day, the phone will ring and someone will say, "hey, you told me this..." then you can repeat exactly what you did say, usually in most cases, they will then recognize what you are saying, not only is it the same thing they heard, you can use the tone of your voice as might be appropriate, but you can continue, showing them what they got was the same thing all others hear from you.This is very handy with an attorney, they will recognize that what you say is uniform, consistent and difficult to combat in court!
