If you do it right, they will recognize who you are before you say anything.

when you have a rental your allowed to depreciate it over time. when you sell it you have to recognize the depreciation as gain on your taxs if your property never went up.. you will have to pay tax on the recapture.. you can avoid that by doing a 1031exchange

Be genuine of course and not so pushy, these guys are serious about their margins.

He is also on BP and will recognize himself and he knows protégé #1, but that is not why I say he is a nice guy - I would not have chose him if he was not a nice guy. 

Someone would need to certify to the data platform (wrongfully) that the search was being conducted for a legal purpose pursuant to one of several recognized relationships (fiduciary, legal, beneficial, etc.) with the customer.

@Greg Fitch, @Jason Coleman, @Justin Craver this seems like a good place to bring this up:In Podcast Episode #350, @Craig Curelop mentioned that he looks for the "path of progress" - where the downtown area headed in the near future that is going to cause property values to go up.Are there areas or neighborhoods that you have recognized in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or High Point where we can see this path of progress moving?
