You, the unit owner own the plumbing that's inside your unit (not in between the walls/floor/ceiling) such as the A/C drip pan, leaks from the actual washer (not the drain pipe within the wall), the plumbing underneath your sinks within the cabinets, etc.

I called a few a couple of times .. and it was very evident they were reading from scrip's had no clue as to what they were doing did not understand 1 Iota of the business.. just a colossal cluster %^&$... these folks wanting to jump into the Note game really need to get a reality check.

The idea that an individual investor can just step in and by a single property and get some smoking deal on it.. is really not reality in a major metro area with experience and well funded competition.
