For a large majority of investors, Real Estate is not a get rich quick scheme.  

I am in need of some quick advice on the best way to approach this to protect both parties.

And the good deals get bought up quick.

I started in real estate without very much in the way of money but I had a lot of time and was gaining knowledge quickly.

Very weird thing: first time the case was closed without any notice to us so we called in and told us we didn’t send the transferred warranty to state, so we mailed the warranty to state; the case was assigned to local county quickly.

Another idea is to get a website advertising that you can get their house sold quickly, no fees, etc.
