I need to find out the average costs associated with this type of business..As I said I am just kicking around this idea and wanted to get additional input and feedback from anyone who may or may not have experience in this type of venture.Commercial RE is not my Forte and the thought of trying to find a commercial tenant every 5 or so years is not that appealing to me so I Thought if I can turn the space into my own business that kind for the most part run itself it would be a win win situation.I welcome thoughts and or things I may have overlooked.p.s. this business venture assumes the area is good and there is not another similar business nearby.

It's public record and they should be able to either give it to you or they may have terminals in the building that you can look it up yourself when you're there.

The garage (possible apartment) would also have parking on the street in front of the empty portion of the double lot in front of it, as well as a space behind it.

I like Craigslist to do market analysis because its really the only ad space that is used for rentals.

It is 300 to 400 a month but it lets you know when tenants leases are coming up to expire or who is looking for space etc.

I know the homeowner(s) are responsible for fixing it even though the break is under a road (owner is responsible from their house to wherever it meets the main municipal connection even if it runs under public road).
