If interest is a gauge of risk, which it is, then we are off balance.Now, I will admit, as I mentioned above, many loans did not experience principal forgiveness, so we can assume in some manner that does off set the overall impact that I am getting at here.

Then after a year of inactivity you have to have the line pressure tested by the city.After talking it over with the paw in law I think we will pay the extra upfront to have a heat pump installed.

We have been on a 7+ year run and to think there is a 3-6 month blip I would have to disagreeI am not saying the world is going g to end and real estate it going to collapse but inflation is still 3x what they want it to be, the fed will continue to increase rates next year and we will see an uptick in defaults with larger supplies coming on the market with fiscal tightening from banks which will put additional downward pressure Just my 2 cents
