I also went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

I'm a new investor, and I found a property in a C class neighborhood (a lot of college kids also) that is in downtown Kalamazoo, MI that I'm hoping some of you BP'ers will give me some feedback on whether it's a deal you would enter into. 

Useful, but not necessary at all, as college courses focus on macroeconomics/microeconomics/corporate finance/etc.

:-)Currently neck deep in Bigger Pockets resources, real estate books and other resources to better understand the opportunity, marketplace and best practices of the industry.

Any local attorney that regularly practices in this area should be able to provide you with simple form contracts at minimal cost (this would take the attorney very little time).

Every area has different applicable laws and customary practices.  

However, I have not had stable employment for the past two years, but have worked/held internships every summer and winter since starting college (September 2012).
