Hello all!

I am a 27 year old business development and sales operations professional in the greater Seattle area. Married to my lovely wife and father to the cutest Havaneese puppy imaginable. 

My close friend and I are interested in making the jump into our first investment property. We have several friends who own investment properties and have stellar success stories, so why not us? :-)
Currently neck deep in Bigger Pockets resources, real estate books and other resources to better understand the opportunity, marketplace and best practices of the industry.

Probably looking for a low entry barrier property at first to mitigate some of the risk we take on for our first property as we anticipate making some mistakes as we learn and grow as investors.
