While bed bugs sound super nasty it could be as simple as someone in their office or gym having them. 

Is their anyone here on bigger pockets that lives here in the state that I can talk with and possibly pick up some pointers from?

The company I work with has about 20 units in the area 100% occupied and just picked up another 18 units and they never stay vacant for more than a few weeks.I don't want to miss out on this deal!

I've always thought that paying trash ensured it gets picked up - but that may be a carry-over thought from my California days. so I pick up a small part of the water bill.
