Marketing tips for new Wholesaler
17 June 2020 | 12 replies
I was going to say "efficiency" but that is not remotely accurate... because that 0.5% - 3% is the OPEN rate... this number includes people that yell at you to remove them from your list... but you get my point... forget these methods. Also forget all those other free or inexpensive methods.Someone should FINALLY run a poll here and collect accurate data how many people do these free and inexpensive methods, and how many of these people actually made a deal within the first 6 months doing those methods.People always will tell you to do these free methods because they hear it from others, they got lucky and made a deal, or they are selling you their REI course or package, and they NEED you to do this so they can make money off of you. This is what you do, because I promise this will be the best advice and wake up call you will ever get.1) If you want to do REI, stop buying into the "you can do this with 0 money".
