First, there's are legitimate reasons why brokerages won't entertain wholesaling.

There is no such thing as an outdoor smoke detector. 

Substantial services include things like housekeeping while the unit is occupied, meals and entertainment, concierge services, linen service, etc.

Both are in great location close to airport and theme parks and fully furnished Do you think a maybe little lower quality unit but has the lazy river/community pool type amenities would bring in more rental income then a higher quality unit with its own screened in pool/ entertainment area that would be more private.  

Hello BP Fam,Has anyone thought about or entertained the idea of chatbots that handle most of the guest inquiries, compliants and etc.

There is a solution and I am building it...a hybrid apartment/hotel located in the commercial district near shopping and entertainment with no residential zoning issues and with pool, gym, laundry, courtyard, and outdoor kitchen on site.

I would reach out to the city's building department to get the full picture before even entertaining an offer.

But there's an absolute entertainment value and sheer quality of life that comes with investing in real estate for those of us who simply love the process of doing another deal.

This would mean pools/hot tubs, game rooms, nice outdoor spaces, views, etc.  

I don't mean this to be critical, but the outdoor pics look "fake" to me.
