Just because you get into a field that wasn't your first pick doesn't mean that you'll dislike your job, that you're heading in the wrong direction, that you'll feel unfulfilled, or anything like that.

Ask the seller if the property is ADA compliant, has it been CASp certified (ask to see certificate).If the property houses medical anything then it is imperative that you make sure it is ADA compliant, because the level of compliance required is much higher.

As far a call center, I have no plans at this point, I like fielding the calls for now as it is helping me learn to talk to potential sellers and get comfortable with that .. 

If they are able to pull this off, I'm thinking it might be best to invest in commercial buildings locally because it will draw physicians and other medical specialists to the area.
