Please help me find Broker to hang my license in Lowell Massachusetts

I have joined BP few months ago I really inspired from listening Podcast and reading comments on BP. My goal is to become successful RE investor. Here at BP I can see almost everyone suggesting to get RE license so I just got my real estate salesperson License in MA, now I am looking for perfect broker to hang my license so when I see the potential property on MLS, I can just visit/see the property without calling RE agent. Also I would like to get access to MLS data. I got my license to work with other investors in my area as well as get commissions on my own deals. Since I am full time employee with my regular Buyer job (not real estate filed), I did not want to be a full time agent relying on constantly working leads and wasting time with first time homebuyers ( in my opinion). I would like to join a local investor focused boutique real estate brokerage that fit my goal as a future RE investor. I would like to operate as I wish, but have access to MLS and advice from my broker when need, have a favorable commission split with no office fees. If I were to join a branded national franchise/company, I would have to follow their rules and work under their guidance, while needing to dedicate additional time to their programs and trainings. I would also likely have to spend money on additional expenses such as desk fees, and have a less favorable commission split. This did not appeal to me when deciding where to hang my license. Please help me find local brokerage who work with investor and also specialized in short-sale, foreclosure, REO properties. And also please advise I would like to join local investor network in my area who can teach me how to get success in RE field

Thanks for your help in advance and I will be appreciating any suggestions/ guideline.

Respectfully,

Riyaz Shaikh

Riyaz,

I commend you on getting your RE license. I did the same a few months ago and for me it has been absolutely worth it. No one will hunt properties down more aggressively than you will yourself. I hung my license with a Springfield area brokerage because the brokers are real estate investors. Go to your local REI events and ask members about REI that have a brokerage. Look up Justin Silverio, Mike Hurney, Ann Bellamy, and Michael Lohin. All are REI in your area that either run a REI meeting or are involved.

I personally think you are on the right track. Now you just need to execute. Good luck!!
