I don't know North Kingstown so well but I have had a number of applicants from electric boat over the recent years for my rentals.  

Treat them like any other applicant.

Thank you Derrick, quite frankly those are some of the reasons...establish my credibility, carve out my niche with buyers and sellers...however it's main purpose will be to lead potential distressed home owners to so they may call or complete questionnaire application and follow up. 

They're US based but it's all applicable to Canada  (except the lending part). 

At the time I inquired, there was like a 5 month wait time for applications to be processed.  

I actually sent in my application for my Real Estate Salespersons License a couple weeks ago so I'm currently waiting for acceptance.  

First, you should have a written policy on how you screen applicants and how the applicant can secure the rental.

Same for roof, water heater, applicances and etc.  

Look for the application for probate...and that specific l information will be located in that area.
