Wouldn't surprise me if the new hospital will be for-profit.They laid off 900 people in Dec 2013.I think the lesson here is that you can't make money in a hospital downtown sadly.

If what are some lessons learned?

I think the biggest lesson I just learned is to work with someone who fully understands my story, goals, and helps me to realize all of that (in addition to having a rock solid criteria to start with). 

The interest rates and down payment requirements are a lot less on a primary residence.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to arrange for a financially viable way to push back past May 1 – lesson learned for next time though!

Some people spend a lot of money on LLCs and some spend a lot less on insurance.

I bought an ugly condo on Comm Ave in Boston, and lived in and remodeled it for seven months while learning every lesson learnable and making every mistake makable.
