If all the work was done to code by legit contractors it should be fairly easy to get approval.

I've read post after post on this platform and others and have received call after call from investors with PM horror stories.  

Smoke it over though just to make sure it is legit.

@Logan Erhardt, that seems extremely cheap for Cobble Hill, but if it's legit, and you can rent it out, that could be a screaming deal.

The chances of you finding an owner of a unit on this platform are slim but possible.I'd recommend contacting Realtors/investors by searching for BP members that operate in this area.To take things a bit further, you can search online for recent sales in the building and contact the agent(s) involved.

But, any legit business is used to routinely filling out W-9’s and it is no issue.

If the host has ever canceled a booking on the host side, that counts against them on their listing on the platform algorithm forever.
