Looking for some general advice

Ari D.

Hello Bigger Pockets,

I'm a first time home buyer and really excited to close the offer on a studio that I found at a great offer price I think. I was hoping if there is anyone here who owns a Condo in the Baycrest Towers (201 Harrison St) in South Beach in San Francisco? I was hoping to get some feedback from this expert community about the neighborhood and building based on their ownership experience involving the HOA, parking, pros/cons and everything else in general that a first time home buyer should consider? This is also going to be my primary residence so I greatly appreciate your response.

Thanks in advance.

Ari

The chances of you finding an owner of a unit on this platform are slim but possible.

I'd recommend contacting Realtors/investors by searching for BP members that operate in this area.

To take things a bit further, you can search online for recent sales in the building and contact the agent(s) involved. They should be able to answer your questions.

Best of luck to you with this deal!

Abel

Thanks for the welcome, Abel. I'll try looking up members based on the advice. Thanks again for sharing.
