What do you use to track financial info like keeping individual properties financial activities etc.

I have been in the real estate field since 2000 and am seeking a few individuals that can see an opportunity arising on the other side of COVID. 

I'd like to see those stats individually or cumulatively, I think that would be a very interesting statistic. 

Banks may be a bit more cautious with self-employed individuals, but they're still willing to lend to them as long as they have a good track record income and payments wise.

Locks only keep honest people out, so how the lock was removed is sort of irrelevant.I assume water is included in your rent, not in the tenant's name or individually billed.

There are ALWAYS unintended consequences to these kinds of laws/rules and the hubris of the govt to believe they can perfectly legislate so as to avoid anyone being harmed/hurt is what will ultimately be 'our' collective downfall. 

The loan is based more on the property than the individual borrower.

You said you've narrowed your markets so I'm guessing that means you have an understanding of the individual housing market, demographics, rental rates etc.
