:Owning 1 unit free and clear = $12K/yr5 units free and clear = $60K/yr + (15 units @ $200/month = $36K/yr after PITI/ expenses) = $96K/yr10 units free and clear = $120K/yr + (10 units @ 200/month = $24K/yr after PITI/ expenses) = $144K/yrRetire by Year 10 using the above strategy with approximately $144K/yr income***We understand that by using leverage beyond 20 units, we would be able to potentially acquire more properties however, our primary focus is monthly cash flow (and fewer units under management) for the purpose of replacing our current salaries and achieving financial independence, and we reasonably assume that the 20 unit model above would allow for this.

We do mobiles tied to the land they are on so not sure how these acts apply to only the mobiles themselves.Without a loan originator you are limited to the amount you can do in a 12 month period but I think but this way you have an independent third party to qualify the buyer.
