I think you might find something closer to your price point elsewhere in NC.For instance, Hamlet has one house listed at $20K, and another home under $30K that includes one house and two on-site mobile homes. 

Just cancelled Hostfully / Orbirental after 30 days and requesting refund.  

They seem to primarily exist to help expanding hosting businesses make competitive offers to landlords.

I read another article recently that said this was the potential new site of the the MLS stadium if the Columbus Crew SC decided to make it’s way to Austin.

If I hire a contractor - I want to see past work and talk to past customers and see ongoing job sites.
