$250 Million Apartment, Office Project In The Pipeline

AUSTIN (Austin American-Statesman) – Capella Capital Partners is developing North Gateway Plaza, a $250 million multi-building project at 10615 Burnet Rd.

The 14-story, 320,000-sf residential part will be the first downtown-style residential tower in the Domain area. It will offer 300 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

The six-story office building will have 300,000 sf of office space and 20,000 sf of retail space. The two buildings will share a seven-story parking garage.

Local architecture firm Page designed the towers. The project is expected to deliver in 2021.
