I wish we could but we have our hands full in Grand county, wouldn’t be able to do a good job in Denver area.

I'm outside of Pittsburgh - not too far from you in the grand scheme of things.  

We even bought a little park model on a golf course in Casa Grande AZ, and still have it.

Seems to me that any tools they have are available for free elsewhere, and even if they aren't, they would cost far less than three grand.

By stealing three grand from me (this was 1991).I won't ever bank with them again and I am trying to sell the house they have the mortgage on.

Cost should be under a couple grand, maybe under a grand.

It wouldn't be enough for an Option to buy even.To prevent the 'not enough/unreasonable consideration' argument coming back (from an heir or someone) later, I would make it at least a few grand if you can swing it.  

I'd think the least he could do is give me back his $1500 commission, that along with my buyers agent's $1500 and a couple grand from me could put this to bed.
