The old school way of buying a plot of land and building a lot of cookie cutter homes is dead – there’s not enough land left close to central Miami.

@Alexandria TatemTerrell Hills is pretty much Alamo Heights so it’s more expensive there and great schools in AH.

One of the main reasons is being close to their job or schools.
