They certainly can not say that you committed fraud and everyone that signed the ALA can do so honestly and truthfully knowing that you have documented proof that you fully disclosed everything in writing.Instead of flipping the property you are basically just flipping your "Equitable Interests" which was established when you originally went under contract with the seller / OOR.

These are the loans where a bank lends you (for example) $10,000, but you must establish a CD or savings account with that bank in the amount of $10,000 as collateral and you can't touch the account until the loan is paid back.

While this provision does seem fairly clear on the surface, there is another provision in the statutes of North Carolina that deal with usury limits.Under this second provision in the North Carolina statutes, there is a provision that establishes a usury limit at a variable level.
