I would love to go to meet ups to gain more knowledge and connections.

Coastal federal credit union is one with a lot of good benefits and it’s available for the general public as well.

I am looking to learn and gain valuable knowledge and then execute investments within the real estate world.

I planned on living there a long time and just did the repairs that i did for my own benefit and was going to redo everything again down the line when i had more money and wasnt doing everything all at once.  

And we can use the money she “gains”  from the sell to maybe put back into condo itself to eliminate some interest (or for other purchases, expenses, etc.).  

There’s so many things to think about when choosing one or the other: cap gains tax, holding costs, closing costs, selling costs, marketing cost, PM fees, etc.  

Everything Seattle proper does wrong inures to all of our benefit here in the burbs, so Ms.

@Kira Golden I am not interested in syndications, but want to have control and gain the experience. 

I would start by giving the benefit of the doubt, keeps everything happier and makes it easier to figure out what's going on.

Or do you have to pay the tax on all gains regardless of whether you spend that money on building a new home?
