If it is a regional to national tenant odds are high even if you call directly that they will forward your site to their tenant rep broker for consideration and follow up.For retail properties I have not seen tenant rep fees of 7% that sounds high.

I am looking forward to get started with something within 100k to 120k range.I did research about some Turn Key investors around US.

I knew I agreed to pay too much and from that day forward I worried about how I was going to make it work.

To move forward, to become the person you want to become for yourself and your wife, you have to find a way to cleave that identity/label from your being.

Also I have 10k for a down payment, the house is only 50k and comparable homes in the neighborhood that are in decent shape but need an update are selling for 100-140k so it would be a great investment but I’m looking forward to hearing some insight from people with experience in this sort of thing.
