Willing to do online work to learn more about the field.

I grew up in Omaha and looking to flip, BRRRR, and house hack in the area.I am reaching out because I want to get some field experience before I start building my portfolio.

A potential added complication is that my spouse's trust is also on the deed - I honestly wasn't sure how the lawyer did the quitclaim deed (I know, I know I should have been more informed :|), and I had to expand the field to see her trust there. 

My dad and uncle have been contractors for 20+ years so I have a huge understanding in that field and they can also provide me with lots of contractors and handymen.

Finish college with as little debt as possible and get a job in your field.

We have secure jobs in The medical field and fire dept.

If you need something to help pinch your nose while you pull the lever -- the whole field stinks, TBH -- clothes pins are super cheap at the dollar store...
