@Liam HanlonLLC's with more than one member are required to file a partnership return.Partnership returns(Calendar year) are due by March 15th with the possibility to extend to September 15. 

Mortgage forbearance will likely be extended as long as needed to avoid a collapse of the market.

The tenant would like to extend her lease for 18 months.

I can put in an amendment to extend the closing date and due diligence period, but I do not want to wait 2 or 3 more months until the tenant moves out.

So far we're thinking the eviction moratorium ends Jan 1, but of course could be extended.

Im active duty military, and am planning on selling one of my homes (Property #1) in the next several months, which meets the 2/5 capital gains tax exclusion criteria of having both owned and lived in it for 2 of the last 5 years prior to selling (and my understanding is that the rule actually extends to 15 years for the military).
