Tenant is not paying rent, refuses to leave, courts are backed up

Kenneth Watanabe

I am trying to view a condo for that is under contract for purchase. The listing agent says the tenant is refusing to show the condo and is currently being evicted. The tenant has not paid rent for several months now and the court system is backed up due to the coronavirus pandemic.Unless I view the condo, I cannot perform due diligence. I can put in an amendment to extend the closing date and due diligence period, but I do not want to wait 2 or 3 more months until the tenant moves out. Is there anything that can be done?
