So I've been charged everyday since December until April when I payed December rent.

Just keep taking steps every day towards your goals and I have no doubt that you will get there.  

I am still learning everyday reading real estate books and keeping up with the bigger pockets podcasts so I hope to further my skill set in these areas as I progress 

But I'm 22 and feel like every day you dont fight your way out, the rat  race pulls you in.

They are going to go at their own pace, and though we all know that every day that property goes vacant more and more problems could happen, they are not going to speed up their pace for you.... sorry.There was a 2 br house, next to mine that was vacant, I talked to the tax guy, talked to the bank, I talked to the guy who was cutting the grass once a week, they all said they would send my name up the list... nothing happened.

I'm pretty ticked that Crowdstreet couldn't verify that the company at least had a real office where real people come to work every day.

It's all just one step at a time, and knocking out each item on your list every day :)Also, I highly recommend meeting with @Norberto Villanueva to learn more from his vast knowledge base.

That comment about rolling out of bed and going to the auction and making money made me laugh, but is true.Back then, we just rolled out of bed everyday at 8am and had hundreds of properties daily to bid on.
