With conventional financing, changing the deed over to your LLC after closing is technically a violation of the loan documents.

I now own a nice duplex as well I found off market through networking, and fixed up as well that I live in and rent the other side, and my cost of living is now cheaper than it's ever been in my 13 years as a renter/homeowner.

You could have called their office to see if they were on vacation, but most realtor would still check calls while they are away or change their voice mail to tell them who to contact.

I don't ever plan to get another loan at this local bank.So far so good.
