Double check these.Before you get to deep in the process make sure you establish a good ARV based on recently sold comps.  

Unfortunately for you, I can't say that I know anyone licensed to do commercial loans in Arkansas.

The bank has a lot more control over the ordering of the appraisal than you do (trust me, I hold that license too) so I personally hate seeing things like that in the contract.
