I've found they are very supportive of real estate entrepreneurs.

Apparently it was removed.He was instructing me to do research on several issues that were already in my OP, as if he didn't even read it.

In fact, I just got paperwork for 2 recerts today and enclosed was the normal letter instructing me to get in my raise requests more than 60 days prior to the recert date.

The Entrepreneur is the one that will get us out of this mess not the Government.

Don't market the other unit to a family, find another "herbal entrepreneur" and double the rent!

Word to the wise: don't move in and accept property as is if it's unacceptable to you and don't accept key until after repairs are done.Landlord can instruct a tenant where to park on a property and can limit vehicle types or ban boats.

I followed his instructions, then he inspected it and wrote a letter to the city saying it was correct.
