There are also many books mentioned on these podcast that are well worth the time spent.Lastly IMHO the best education is to find someone that is doing what you want to do, and find a way to be of service to them.I certainly do not want discourage you from continuing your degree path, as it will open up many other options.  

For example, my team-33 Zen Lane- specializes in many different areas of real estate investing and we have different agents who specialize in different sectors so you want to make sure your agent knows your area of interest very well.
