If you live in your target market than a very inexpensive way to generate leads for a novice investors is to Drive for Dollars.

If the subject you are buying is an unreasonable drive time, then you have some " 'splaining to do Lucy."

Driving for dollars and door knocking is how you'll get your first deal.

Within a 30 minute drive there a properties selling between $80k-$200k. 

I would say as long as you are within a 10-15 min drive and on the N/NW side of town you are good.
