Is there a App or a site for your phone where you can just add each rental property and what ever receipts or maintenance you can just add right to that property for tax time to make it easier. I know there is software for the computer but is there a app on your phone. When you are at lowes and you can just type in or click on 1## Bogart st. and add what you bought.
