The wealth of resources included is extremely impressive: Over 200 lessons and 80+ hours of video lessons in the masterclass component, 10+ live calls per month with specialists in various aspects of STRs (including at least one a month with Rob), a growing community that gives you a built-in network of fellow STR investors/realtors/lenders right off the bat (1.5K+ members of the Facebook group), and lots of perks like downloadable spreadsheets/resources and membership to a group purchasing organization that gives 30-75% discounts on furniture from West Elm, Crate&Barrel, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, among others.

Xero allows downloads from your bank and credit cards to help with data entry. 

If you want to cut your mortgage in half download any FREE amortization table and simply add the amount of principle being paid by the next month’s payment to your current payment. bingo.

That way, when I get rent, I set up an invoice to pay to each month, and if there are expenses, I reimburse myself and keep the receipts in a folder. 

@Paul Garcia I agree, I have seen some of these software solutions that you install on your own domain so you can offer your tenants a bunch of different services and they can see other properties for rent, download forms, pay rent, submit a service request... etc. whatever you want really...If they like your properties and are moving to another end of town, they may want to check what other properties you have available.

Online banking would have to be able to download transactions into QuickBooks.

Appears RentRedi is seamlessly connected to a few for-rent platforms to make advertising easy, but we just put it up on Craig's List and Facebook Marketplace for a couple days and then directed applicants to download the RentRedi app and complete their application for review.
