You will need to get an estoppel letter from the tenant and signed by the landlord  saying everything is correct in the lease including security deposits and anything that was a verbal agreement( discount on rent for mowing yard).

We had a builder offer a multi-house discount and we locked in a price before the pandemic ramped up.

Wanted to add an additional 1/2 bathroom as well do you think that will add value to the overall monthly rent ?
