Hi Christopher I am not from the area so I cannot provide you with a reference, but my suggestion if you are not getting feedback is to just Google search real estate attorneys in your area and start asking questions.

Clearly you do not have any desire to manage your property so cross your fingers and wait to see what she does next.

What I’m realizing is that there isn’t a plethora of multifamily properties in the Northern Va area, the ones in DC are either way too expensive or in SE, and NE and I’m not too familiar with which areas are good to buy, they’re in PG which I’ve heard isn’t really developing all that well and isn’t as good a buy as Montgomery Country, or they’re too far out in Montgomery Country that I worry about finding renters.I’ve got searches on the MLS setup to send me any multis in the DMV so I’m looking but I just want to know of there are any people in the area that can give me some advice.

All mine are currently on 15 year notes, and while I understand the fiscal benefits of paying off loans more quickly via a ten or fifteen year mortgage, I struggle with my desire for monthly cash flow.

You can search by distance.

It probably wouldn't have even turned up in your mls search. 

Also anyone in the Pittsburgh area with side by side duplexes they are looking to sell please reach out, not having the best luck with realtor and search engines..

I am guilty of it myself as we have an STR in Mission Beach (STR since 1999) but I would not desire an STR next door in Poway.
