Our current strategy is buy & hold with a primary focus on SW OKC/Moore area.I'm excited to finally join, contribute, and pick your brains on my RE investing adventure.

It makes your brain hurt, but I'm of the philosophy that if you don't take the time, energy, and effort to first educate yourself, a paid mentors not going to be all that much more helpful.

My brain needs a break and I need some motivation

I am 59 years old and I found BP about5 months ago and I am still trying to decide what to do part time because I had a stroke and am still suffering from that and a brain annurism.
