It could break me if it happens early, but that is where my dad is backing me at.  

We own one in cook county- Markham area.  

Couple of leads, but nothing that was of interest to me at the time.

Or maybe for 6 - if you have to do an eviction in cook county.

@Bryant Cheely  when I said the whole house is a common area what I meant was when I rent a three bedrooms to two people who are roommates I don't assign rooms and bathrooms to each of them so I don't care who lives in which room and who cooks in the kitchen or not they are all jointly responsible for any damages anywhere. 

Nothing fancy, but people will absolutely expect a dishwasher, and not providing one would put me at a disadvantage.
