I typed in a few google searches, like "vacanthouse.org scam" or "vacanthouse.org scandal" and I checked out their Facebook and Youtube channels, nothing negative was reported. 

Create multiple channels and moderating them, allowing for file uploads and search. 

Fixing electronics sounds great - start a Youtube channel and share your repair life hacks.
