I'll probably keep checking their site from time to time but w/o expecting too many deals there.

Just prepare for a learning curve when it comes to their U&O process.In regards to the tenants, the quad plex came with 2 Section 8 tenants and they alone have provided great revenue for us over the past few months. 

Refinanced the 16, and sold the 8 to buy larger ones, etc. etc. 12 years later:  1,522 units w/o any investors.
